Bc.game owes me $19,000 for a little over a year now

Won 450x on $101.99 bet and was only paid $26100. When I asked support about it back then nothing was done about it and they told me that’s all I would receive. Upon speaking with others I’m not the first they have tried to deny winnings to so in light of that I’m making and sharing this post in every gambling community I’m apart of until I receive what I’m owed. ok i take it none of you have actually read or understand about the payouts. So let me give you the readers digest version.

Every game has a bankroll for all of the supported currencies.  There is also a max payout, on almost all of the games that max payout hovers around 50kUSD in the respected coin, however that is just happenstance.  If you read the rules on the bankroll which you can find here What is Bankroll? | BC.Game Help Desk. You will see that it states.
The max profit that players can win from a round of the game is determined by the size of the bankroll. The larger the bankroll, the more players can win.

• Each player can only win 0.75 % of the bankroll per round
• All players can only win 1.125% of the funds per round

Since this is now so old I can't tell you for sure that is the case for you but if support told you that was all you are getting I am going to say that it was likelly the case when it happened.

and actually looking at the bankroll that was listed in your screen shot it looks like the max you should have been paid would only be 4,360.6588425.  There are lists that show the max payout for every game and every currency if you click on ? above the bet.

when gambling at please it is important to keep yourself informed and read all the rules or else you end up in these situations where they tell you way clearly in writing but you don't read it andthen wonder why they followed exactly as they said they would.

Oh I'm aware of the "max payout" and im also aware they can still, and should, payout over the max payout. If its cause its with a shit coin, then the rest of the payout should be paid out in a different currency. 

If we aren't allowed to be paid what we win, what are we all here for?

so you knew there was a max payout, knew you went over max payout, and now are pissed that they aren't paying out over max payout?  Is that like saying the stove is hot, but i am going to put my hand on it and then be upset that i got burned?  You are telling me you knew the terms when you played, yet are getting upset that they aren't changing them for you now that you just happened to hit a bigger payout than you thought you would.  You would have had no complaint if you had just hit 100x or something. and never would have said a word about max payouts being bullshit.  You are now only complaining because your upset you failed to actually consider that before playing.

there is a warning if you exceed max payout with a bet where some will still choose to bet cause they are thinking they wont hit max... thats chance you take buddy.. sorry you had buyers remorse after you placed the bet despite the warning but its not like they dont tell you before.. and if they are suposed to pay out over max payout then there wouldnt be a max payout would there.... my head hurts now

I have to agree with @yarblesmane and @Skele and I cannot see nothing wrong on casino's behavior, they informed you and as you have admitted you had knowingly ignored it. The other thing not mentioned yet is, that we are not talking only about casino's money but also about other players' money staked in the bankroll. These money were invested according to some rules defined in advance which represents some kind of insurance in case of lost. If you will be now paid over the limit it would mean, hundreds of players will lost their money in a way they should not. If you take the money from other currency bankroll, it would be even more unfair.
