Withdrawal Processed Successful but money not received in bank account

Dear Team,

This is my withdrawal request ( order ID F-1848970809665732561 placed on 16.11.2025, and on 17.11.2025, I got a notification stating that the withdrawal was processed, but I have not received money in my bank account. I have raised the ticket (9469084) and received a message stating that it is being processed as per the confirmation from the merchant. Now it's been I have been following up with customer service without any positive response from them. I have shared the bank statement as well to check.

Also, I made three deposits on 20.11.2025 (F-1849337243113407223, F-1849336369810366236 & F-1849336219806269724), but the amount has not been added to the wallet yet. I have been requesting customer service to look into it and do the needful where as no positive feedback from them. 

Their simple answer is that your ticket is processing. Please wait. No other reply.

The AI chat makes me very upset.

 

I request you to look into the above matter and do justice for me.
