My Bet on sportsbook (ticket id:2335717997244719110) is showing lost even though the bet clearly won. I betted on 2nd set will there be a tiebreak (no) as seen on the screenshots below. but it somehow lost even without a tiebreak on the scoreboard, and in the google it clearly says the japanese guy won 7-5 in the 2nd set how did i lose my bet when it is clearly not a tiebreak in the 2nd set? 2nd, it is clearly shown here that uchiyama won 2nd set by 7-5 WHICH is NOT a tiebreak at all how did i lose the bet?

4 days ago i tried to deposit 215 PHP through gcash, but it went to a paymaya website instead with a button "pay with gcash instead" so i clicked it and completed my payment, yet 4 days till now i still haven't received it and the support is ignoring my messages even though they already "seen" the messages. i placed a complaint on my following deposit on june 15 and till this day its still on pending. i saw that the merchant id on my deposit changed from gcash to paymaya (they most likely changed it when it was GCASH when i deposited it on june15) Complain Appeal ticket id:161063 Order ID:F-1768762122251803603 (The pictures 2,3,4,5 were taken on june 15) (i sent 230 on the 5th pic since there was a transaction fee of 15 php, the order was only 215)
