Why was i charged for a bonus round that never started?

Hi there. I have contacted live chat and they were awful so ive come on here now. I bought a bonus round on a no limit slot, clicked on buy. the money was deducted from my balance and nothing happened. No bonus round ever began or launched! It deducted my money and the bonus round never started. Hence why it says payout 0x in the pictures below What can i do?
