Support on this site is the worse, but idk why they don't send email updates. There is a telegram for people with hosts but it did not say for sure that everything was fixed when it was. Edit: you would think with the money the site makes it would be a little better at being organized, notifying it's customers, and make it easy to find the terms of the bonuses. Completly 100% agree. Ambivalent and ambiguous bonus terms create wiggle room for the casino and its staff, but are frustrating and depressing for its users. Exactly how and why bonus amounts are what they are would go a long way in user satisfaction, and I am too can not understand why this enormously profitable site is (in parts) run like a 7th grader class project. If that were true, bc.game wouldn't be much longer online. In reality for most players it's more like 80-90 because players have very limited stack and are forced to take losingstreaks as a total loss (can't maintain betting power).
