Missing Deposit

Question

Hey I deposited fiat yesterday and it never arrived. Was using Mexican pesos via SPEI and I contacted customer service - they gave me ticket number 47701 but otherwise we're not helpful

As the money has neither been credited to my balance or refunded to my bank account, I kindly ask that you credit me the amount of the deposit, 100mxn AKA 5 USD / BCD - I am broke thanks to your product yet I remain a loyal customer so please get this sorted. I'm also vip32

This is not something that can be handled over the forum, or by the forum moderators. You will have to go through live support, and since you already have a ticket it should be easy to contact live support to get a status update.
