Phone number verify errors

Hello,

    Today I was told that I was disqualified from winning prizes from forum's challenge due to the fact that my account did not pass a phone verification. As part of KYC, I totally understand the necessary  of Casino to collect player's personal information. And I am more than ready to provide my phone number to BC.GAME.  But it has been almost half year since I first submit the Google form regarding the system errors  when I attempt to verify my phone number. Until now, there was no respond and my account was still remining un -verified. 

  Back to the topic,  I do not think it is fair to me that I could not get my prizes from forum challenges just because the website somehow cannot function properly to Canadian players. I feel very disappointed and very depressed here. Sad..

I've had the same issue. Support told me that Canada is a restricted country and you therefore cannot get your canadian phone number verified.

I find it hard to believe as Canada is allowed on pretty much any other gambling website, but I guess there's nothing we can do.
