Can you please look into it and manually accept the deposit. Please please. I have made BSV and ZIL deposits from wallets (not exchanges or other casinos), and even though the transactions have been confirmed in the blockchain they've never showed up in my balance nor my bill on BC. I know some other people have been having trouble with FIAT deposits as well. I hope this soon gets taken care of.
