I had VIP Gold, I had money in my account and today I was supposed to receive a sports weekly bonus of $500. I tried to log in the same way as always through steam, but my account was completely reset, no money, no bonuses, no betting history. It's as if I just created an account. In the chat they told me that they can’t do anything because I don’t remember my UID, this is just crazy! They just deleted my account.

Try the BCgames events in Twitter if ur joining their event there or wherever they got their event UID is needed so you got ur record of ur old UID i hope this help you Then update us on what happen
