Common sense is not a part of support's personality. I've had them tell me my graph was days old, yet my betting showed thousands more bets on that day than the graph showed. At the time JB on graph would show more than you're actual win if you hit max win amount. It was a clear situation with screenshots of multiple pages of bets and graphs displaying the facts. Support completely denied, anything was wrong. According to them I was looking at it wrong. Ya sure whatever, it why it got fixed a few weeks later.

How about the contest that BC had about finding a result that did not match the verified results page. Yup did that too, no reward. No acknowledgment of the contest. No shit.

So contact them, but be prepared to bang your head against a wall repeatedly for it will be less painful than chatting with BC support

well sure why would they admit to being wrong when they can just cover it up. Isn't that how most of these companies try to do things?
