With new UI,choosing a game is very time consuming compared to the old version! 5.The chat box does not appear in the message I hope BC will fix the bug soon and provide a better experience! Unbaeten Posted October 1, 2022 Share Posted October 1, 2022 (edited) 1: The first time I discovered the error was when I bet if I win or lose my money stays the same 2: please tell me why still not fix bcd unlock error i spent $4000 to unlock but i think this is $5000 to qualify 3: This update, the game auto is no longer as smooth as before because of lag 4: sports bets crashed because it can't view bets because need to login while i'm already logged into the game and reloading the site still doesn't work this is a fatal error 5: I'm Vietnamese, is this a drop error? if not then fix it ASAP as this is a casino for all players not a place to be racist if you make them 6: the betting system is slow, let's make it smoother 7: This is the next error when I get the shitlink but it fails and the website is in the same situation 8: I can for example if the user is in Vietnam, when entering the game, be on the Vietnam chat channel instead of the Global channel. My advice is to make it jerky so the game will soon be no fun here. Error while playing, sports almost nothing works, Voult does not deposit and much more. At the bottom of the screen, there are lots of different links. The link that says"Design Resources" actually links to https://bc.game/casino I would also prefer to have "latest bets" higher up on the screen, directly under the game. That way you don't have to scroll down to check the previous bets. I might edit the post later if I come up with more things. Edit: The best part about this update is that I can now have more games in my Favourites. I really hated how the oldest games in favourites got hidden as you added more games. Edit 2: One thing that really needs to be updated is how the payments from the weekly VIP contests is handled. A 72 hour long administration of the prizes is already too long. But most of the time it's not even 72, more like double that. Take now for example. I have ~$700 I've won from contests. It's just that I don't actually have them, because BC haven't paid yet. One of the contents should have been paid yesterday, and another one tomorrow. It's unreasonable that I'm sitting here at home, broke, when I shouldn't and wouldn't be if contests were paid on time. For me this issue has gotten so far that I've decided to not participate in any more contests, even though I enjoy those a lot. It just doesn't work for me, not knowing when the money will be paid. Because when Im at top 5 with a few days left on the contest, I give it my all trying to grab first prize. Sometimes that means losing all my money. Losing money like that is fine, as long as you know when you get paid, so you can plan accordingly. But planning for money on Wednesday and they don't get paid until the weekend after creates a lot of headache.
